Rose Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
- 3 cups organic Thai Jasmine rice
- 1 1/2 cups full fat coconut cream
- 1-2 Tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 2 Tbsp Pure Rose Nectar
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- Coconut whipped cream for toppings
- Fresh raspberries for toppings
Directions:
In a pan, cook the rice with coconut milk and sugar until creamy. Take off heat, add Rose Nectar and lemon juice. Decorate with coconut whipped cream and fresh raspberries. Enjoy! 🌹🌿
