That truth took me home — to Bulgaria’s Rose Valley, the most peaceful place I know and home to the Bulgarian Rose, nature’s most calming flower. From it, I created Rose Nectar — a delicious addition to my daily water that became my calm ritual. One sip at a time, I felt the shift — clearer, lighter, more at peace.
