What makes Pure Rose different?

 Pure Rose products are made using organic, steam-distilled Bulgarian Rosa Damascena. We work directly with distillers in Bulgaria and create our final formulations and bottling in California. Our focus is purity, freshness, and intention, without alcohol, synthetic fragrance, or fillers.

 

 Are your products alcohol-free?

 Yes. All Pure Rose products are completely alcohol-free and fragrance-free. Any scent you experience comes naturally from the rose itself.

 

 Is this a rose hydrosol?

 Yes. Our Rose Mist and Rose Nectar are true rose hydrosols made through traditional steam distillation. We do not add essential oil back into water, and we do not use synthetic fragrance.

 

 Where are your roses sourced and where are products made?

 Our roses are grown and steam-distilled in Bulgaria at peak freshness during harvest. The distilled rose water is then carefully transported and bottled in small batches in California to maintain quality and integrity.

 

ROSE MIST (Spray)

 

What is Rose Mist used for?

 Rose Mist can be used on the face, body, hair, linens, and in moments of grounding. Many customers also use it for soothing skin, refreshing during the day, or calming the senses.

 

 Why does Rose Mist smell different from other rose sprays I’ve tried?

 Many rose sprays on the market contain alcohol, synthetic fragrance, preservatives, or oxidized hydrosols. Pure Rose Mist contains only fresh, properly distilled rose water. The scent is soft, natural, and alive, not perfumed or vinegary.

 

 My bottle arrived without a sprayer. Is that normal?

 Some sizes are designed to be used with a reusable sprayer. If your order arrived without one and you need help, please contact us. We are happy to assist.

 

 My sprayer isn’t working. What should I do?

 If your sprayer arrives defective, please send us a photo of the bottle and packaging. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement.

 

 ROSE NECTAR (Drinkable Rose Water)

 

What is Rose Nectar?

 Rose Nectar is a food-grade rose hydrosol meant for drinking. It can be added to water, tea, or enjoyed on its own. Many customers use it as part of their calming or wellness routine.

 

 How does Rose Nectar taste?

 It has a very light, natural floral taste. It should never taste sour, vinegary, or heavy. If it does, please contact us.

 

 How should I store Rose Nectar?

 Unopened bottles should be stored in a cool, dark place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 2-3 months.

 

 How much of Pure Rose Nectar per serving?

Each serving is actually 1/4 of an ounce, hence one tablespoon is 2 servings. We recommend at least 1-2 tablespoons a day (2-4 servings). With 2 to 4 servings you can make 2 to 4 drinks of water (or other beverage of your choice) into PURE ROSE drinks. 1 serving flavors perfectly an 8-16oz glass of water.

 Rose Yummies are a convenient way to enjoy rose in a gentle, enjoyable format. They are designed for ease and consistency.

 

 Are Rose Yummies always in stock?

 Occasionally, Rose Yummies sell out due to small-batch production. If they are unavailable, we recommend joining our email list for restock updates.

What is Rose Oil used for?

 Our Rose Oil is a concentrated product designed for skin nourishment, ritual use, or personal care. A little goes a long way.

 

Does it contain fillers or synthetic fragrance?

 No. Our Rose Oil contains only pure, intentional ingredients with no synthetic fragrance.

 

 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

How long does shipping take?

 Orders are typically processed within a few business days. USPS delivery times can vary, especially during peak seasons or weather disruptions.

 

 My tracking says “in transit” or “arrived at post office.” What does that mean?

 This means USPS is still handling your package. Once a package is in USPS custody, delivery timing and scans are controlled by them.

 

 What if my package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?

 Please check USPS tracking details carefully. If you believe there is an issue, contact us and we’ll guide you on next steps.

 

 What happens if a package is returned to sender?

 If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange reshipment.

 

 SUBSCRIPTIONS

 

How do subscriptions work?

 Subscriptions renew automatically based on the frequency you selected at checkout.

 

 Can I pause or change my subscription?

 Yes. You can pause, skip, or change the frequency of your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.

 

 When should I cancel if I don’t want my next order?

 Subscription renewals begin processing before shipment. Once processing starts, we are unable to stop that renewal. We recommend making changes three days before your next scheduled shipment.

 

 I canceled but still received an order. Why?

 If a cancellation request comes in after the renewal has already begun processing, the order may still ship. We understand this can be frustrating and are always here to help explain next steps clearly.

 

 Where can I find my subscription details?

  • You can find details of your description(s) under Sign In > then log in to your account > My Subscriptions. For each product in My Subscriptions, you can:
  • Increase/decrease the number of Pure Rose
  • Change the delivery frequency
  • Skip the next delivery
  • Change the delivery address
  • Change the payment details

 

Will I get an email notification?

  • Of course! Expect to receive emails from us whenever your Pure Rose is ready to ship.

 

 

 RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

 

Do you accept returns?

 Unopened products may be returned. Once we receive the return, we will process the refund according to our policy.

 

Who covers return shipping?

 If an order has already processed and shipped, return shipping is typically the responsibility of the customer. We aim to communicate this as clearly and kindly as possible.

 

How will I know when my return arrives?

 We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once your return arrives and is checked in, we’ll notify you and process the refund promptly.

 

 

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

 

How long do Pure Rose products last?

 Each product has specific storage and shelf-life guidelines listed on the bottle. Because our products are free from harsh preservatives, proper storage is important.

 

Why does freshness matter so much?

 Rose is delicate. Fresh distillation and careful handling preserve its natural aroma and benefits. Oxidation or improper storage is often why rose products smell “off.”
