Rose-Berry Smoothie Bowl
Just as lovely to look at as it is fun to eat, this smoothie bowl is packed with flavor and nutrition that your body is craving! Adding Rose Nectar also gives you the boost in antioxidants and a delicious taste!
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 TBSP Pure Rose Nectar
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (optional)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- pitaya, blackberries, almonds, sunflower and chia seeds (optional)
Step 1: Prepare The Oats
Put the oats in the blender and process for a 3-5 seconds to make oats flour.
Step 2: Combine Ingredients
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Step 3: Add Toppings
Top the bowl with raspberries or any type of fruits you like. We added pitaya, blackberries, almonds, sunflower and chia seeds to ours! Serve and enjoy!
