Rose Ice Cream
This Rose Ice cream sports the breathtaking pink color and carries the flowery flavor of rose in an elegant, subtle way. Add any type of fruit you'd like and this delicious homemade recipe will have you thinking it’s summer all year long!
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup natural sweetener
- 16 ounces heavy/whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 TBSP Pure Rose Nectar
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 drops pink food coloring
Step 1: Prepare The Sweetener
Combine milk & natural sweetener in a large bowl using a hand mixer until the sweetener is dissolved.
Step 2: Combine Remaining Ingredients
Add the remaining ingredients then continue mixing until all is combined.
Step 3: Add To Ice Cream Mixer
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and run the machine for about 30 minutes or until it reaches the consistency you like. Serve with fruit/mint or transfer to a container and freeze until it's firm!
