Rose Almond Smoothie

A simple blend featuring almonds, banana, yogurt and Rose Nectar! Sweet, floral and a great way to start your day or enjoy it as a healthy snack. This simple recipe is easy to make and delicious!


Ingredients:

  • 3 TBSP Almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 1 TBSP Pure Rose Nectar
  • 1 1/2 cups yogurt, chilled
  • 1 cup milk, chilled
  • Honey/natural sweetener to taste
  • Almond slivers for garnish

 

Step 1: prepare the almonds

Add almonds to the blender and blend for 5-10 seconds to powder the almonds.

    

 

Step 2: add fruit & sweetener

Add honey/natural sweetener, 1/2 cup milk (do not add all the milk), banana and blend for 30 seconds. 

  

Step 3: add Rose Nectar

Add Pure Rose Nectar, yogurt, remainder of the milk, and blend for one minute to get a frothy yummy smoothie. Pour in serving glasses and serve. Add almond slivers for garnish.
