Rose Lassi
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain kefir
- 1 Tbsp Rose Nectar
- 1/4 cup strawberries, rinsed and chopped
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- Natural sweetener of choice (monk fruit, stevia, or honey are our top choices)
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until well mixed.
Top with additional strawberries or a sprinkle of freeze-dried strawberries. Enjoy! 🌹🌿
